Last updated: February 17, 2025
Partrix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Partrix responds to claims of copyright infringement submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar applicable laws.
1. Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that content accessible through our services infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our designated agent. To be effective, your notification must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, a URL or specific description of where the material appears on our services).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and electronic mail address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Notifications that do not comply with all of the above requirements may not receive a response or may not afford you legal protections under applicable law.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

4. Our Response to Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice of claimed infringement, Partrix will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material of the claim.
Upon receipt of a valid and complete counter-notification, Partrix may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it, in its sole discretion, no sooner than ten (10) business days and no later than fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated agent receives notice that the original notifying party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
5. Repeat Infringers
Partrix maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a repeat infringer, and to take action accordingly, which may include permanent suspension of access to our services.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the rights holder, or a service provider who relies on the misrepresentation. Ensure that any notice or counter-notice you submit is accurate and made in good faith.
7. Third-Party Content
Partrix provides services that may enable users to upload, share, or otherwise make available content. Partrix does not pre-screen user-generated content and is not responsible for the content posted by its users. However, Partrix will respond appropriately to valid DMCA notifications regarding such content.
8. Modifications to This Policy
Partrix reserves the right to amend this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
9. No Legal Advice
Nothing in this DMCA Policy constitutes legal advice. If you are uncertain whether particular material infringes your copyright or whether a DMCA notification is appropriate in your circumstances, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified legal professional before submitting any notice or counter-notice.
